An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an established team within Computacenter, Hatfield. The main job purpose is to answer all incoming calls in an efficient and professional manner whilst connecting customer to relevant department/person.
Answer all internal and external customer calls within the service level agreement
Administrative tasks include logging queries with external Contractors
Ensure that customer is transferred to correct department/person
Be the first point of contact for our Computacenter internal facilities helpdesk
Provide general company information when requested
Covering adhoc reception desk
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have excellent experience within a telephony role idealy within a switchboard capacity or from a Customer service background. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
