Marketing Manager

Job Introduction

Computacenter are looking for an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to work within a fast moving sales environment, reporting into the Head of ABM, Creative & Media.

The successful candidate will provide marketing and consulting services to support the positioning, messaging and winning of highly strategic opportunities across the Group.

This individual will work closely with internal teams but take responsibility to develop, manage and execute a variety of long term ABM plans and shorter term tactical marketing campaigns. 

Role Responsibility

To create integrated, multi-channel ABM strategies to engage customers and differentiate from the competition; provide a high level consultancy role to business units – bringing creativity and innovation to problem solving and communicating marketing messages.

You will need to establish close working relationships with sales teams to understand the challenges and objectives for individual customer campaigns; manage and implement multiple projects relevant to specific customer challenges. Establish productive relationships and networks at Senior Management level to build and maintain internal relationships; liaise with colleagues to ensure best practice and continual improvement in delivery of service to the business. Collaborate with and motivate virtual teams to ensure the delivery of successful campaigns to deadline. You will also need to be responsible for the adoption of CC best practice and service offerings to ensure consistency of service and make decisions which impact on the success of assigned projects i.e. results, deadlines and budget.

You will need to be able to fulfil team and individual objectives to recognised standards and contribute to business strategy in order to help grow and develop the business. You will need to demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to problem solving and take ownership of queries and managing through to a prompt resolution. Develop effective working relationships through influencing and advising; be an expert in the relevant field and perform as a credible capable professional.
