Group Opportunity Governance takes responsibility for the definition of policies, processes and artefacts to enable informed decisions at key milestones in our customer engagements from sales over implementation into delivery.
We support the business by setting up the required Authority forums and Delivery Acceptance meetings enabling our opportunity owners and their team to win profitable business we are able to deliver with managed risk.
Administration requirements for Governance Forums:
- Receiving Requests
- Triaging to establish the Governance Level requirements
- Scheduling the Forums ensuring the correct Decision-Making Panel are in attendance
- Response Management
- Facilitation and Minuting of the Forums
The role is often quite complex due to the variety of Customer Opportunities that are brought to Governance.
The Ideal Candidate
You’re likely to have a good working knowledge of standard IT systems: outlook, word; excel; sharepoint would also be useful, although full training will be provided.
