Roles & Responsibilities:

•             IT Cafe (Tech Bar)

The Ideal Candidate

Soft Skill Attributes:

•             Applicants to provide adequate examples of working on a Tech Bar or similar environments

•             Take end to end ownership of a problem

•             Be proactive and escalate potential issues / flaws in processes to a team leader

•             Have excellent customer service & communication skills

•             Who is also a team player

•             Professional appearance

•             Time management,  well organised

•             Ability to learn new skills

•             Patient, a good listener and attentive

•             Flexible & adaptable to change

Technical Attributes:

•             Able to understand user requirements and guide them towards a fix

•             Is familiar with ‘todays’ technologies used in the workplace (Windows 7 / 10, Office 365, VPN’s etc)

•             Is willing to learn support of bespoke hardware / software used on the site

•             Is familiar with working to SLA’s

•             Is familiar from logging requests / incidents as they come in (Remedy / ServiceNow)

•             A knowledge of Apple IOS & Android mobile device
