Job Introduction

This role is working for Hays Talent Solutions on site at Computacenter.
Computacenter is Europe’s leading independent IT infrastructure service provider, delivering onsite services in nearly 60 countries with more than 10,000 employees.
Hays manages the end to end recruitment service covering all temporary, contractor and permanent hires at Computacenter across all its operations in the UK. This spans roles across a number of areas including Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Project Management, Technical Services, Professional Services, Sales Support, Secretarial and Administration functions.

We have positions of both our temporary (contract) and permanent recruitment teams.

Role Responsibility

As a Recruitment Partner you play a key role on site with Computacenter, working closely with stakeholders to ensure all vacancies are resourced in line with contracted service levels. You will build and maintain strong working relationships with operational and senior stakeholders to provide service excellence. You will also engage directly with candidates, or expert Sourcing Partners and external agencies (where applicable) to proactively manage the recruitment process, build mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders, and ensure an appropriate flow of relevant and top quality candidates through the process.

The Ideal Candidate

To meet the service excellent the Recruitment Partner role demands you must possess in-depth experience of working against and exceeding targets in a recruitment setting.
The Recruitment Partner role also requires proven candidate management skills, experience of recruitment lifecycles, employment legislation and ideally previous experience in an on-site recruitment / resourcing / talent acquisition capacity.
You should also have the ability to advise stakeholders on recruitment and selection strategies, and resolve recruitment related issues in line with SLAs and stakeholder expectations. Prior experience of technical recruitment (IT, consulting, etc) would be advantageous skills.
